Preschool Assistant Educator

Our client is seeking an energetic and supportive Preschool Assistant Educator to join their well-established learning center in Welkom . This hybrid role involves both on-site engagement with young children and some remote administrative or curriculum preparation tasks. You will work closely with lead teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education, fostering a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment. • Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering daily lessons and activities.
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Support children's individual learning needs and provide one-on-one assistance as required.
• Prepare classroom materials and learning aids, both on-site and potentially from home.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.

• Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting, preferably with preschool-aged children.
• Understanding of early childhood development principles.
