Online Course Facilitator

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Online Course Facilitator to join their remote team, supporting educational initiatives in Centurion and beyond. This role is crucial for fostering an engaging and supportive virtual learning environment for students across various disciplines. You will guide learners through their educational journey, facilitate discussions, provide feedback, and ensure the successful completion of online courses.

This is a fully remote position for a dedicated educator who is passionate about online learning and committed to student success in the digital age, working within a leading educational technology provider.

• Facilitate online course discussions, provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
• Monitor student progress, identify those needing additional support, and offer guidance and resources.
• Engage with learners through various communication channels, fostering a positive and interactive learning community.
• Ensure adherence to course schedules, objectives, and quality standards set by the institution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of online course content and delivery methods.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a relevant subject matter field;
  Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in online teaching, facilitation, or mentoring.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
