Online Learning Facilitator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and interactive Online Learning Facilitator to join their remote team. In this role, you will guide and support students through their online learning journey, fostering a positive and engaging virtual classroom environment. You will be responsible for facilitating discussions, providing timely feedback, and ensuring students remain motivated and on track with their studies. • Facilitate online discussions, forums, and learning activities to encourage student participation and engagement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, quizzes, and other student work.
• Monitor student progress and proactively identify and address potential learning challenges.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide academic support in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and course developers to continuously improve online course content and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and engagement within the learning management system.

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Humanities, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating online courses or teaching in a virtual environment.
• Strong understanding of online pedagogy and best practices for student engagement in digital spaces.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online collaboration tools.
