• Facilitate online discussions, respond to student inquiries promptly, and provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, intervening proactively to support learners facing challenges.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to refine course content and delivery methods.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and course participation.

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant academic discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching at the post-secondary level, with at least 2 years of proven success in online course delivery.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for virtual environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
