Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position $85,000 - $90,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role: Advanced Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Communications Capabilities Instructor; delivers instruction on current/emerging communication and navigation technology, EMCON watchbills, Blue Force Trackers, and crypto management for the SBT IDTC.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Provide advanced communication instruction related to current and emerging communication and navigation technology.
• Assist with schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning.
• Provide instruction related to current/emerging Blue Force Trackers (BFT). Utilize crypto management and apply it to advanced communications technology.
• Assist with liaison support, as well as other Communication entities to identify and integrate emerging communications technologies.
• Assist with managing curriculum and providing instruction for current and emerging communications and navigation technologies.

Experience Requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of five years' experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), with achievement of SWCC Senior qualification in accordance with COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E. Applicant's SWCC Senior qualification must not have been removed for administrative or disciplinary reasons.
• 5 years' experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor. Instructors will support or augment active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling/planning, classroom instruction, practical field training, final training exercises, troop movements, consumable supply management and performance as opposing forces (OP4), as necessary

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to:
  Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

US Citizenship Requirements: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
