This position is key to sustaining operational excellence and improving patient experiences in the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding programs for newly hired agents

• Deliver engaging virtual and self-paced training sessions

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials

• Conduct individual and group coaching to improve performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training initiatives

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years of training or coaching experience

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms

• Experience in call center environments
