Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Education Grant Manager, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with options for remote work. The Grant Manager will oversee the entire grant administration process, from application to reporting, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and timelines. Responsibilities include identifying funding opportunities, developing grant proposals, managing budgets, handling post-award reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of funded programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Grant Administration, Proposal Writing, and experience securing and managing grant funding
• Strong Writing Skills
• Minimum of 3 years Experience in Medical Education
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and presenting grant information effectively
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
