Under minimal supervision, this position ensures the effective delivery of training, support services, and other online learning resources to faculty and staff across all campuses. This position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of training sessions and maintenance of the online learning environment. Additionally, the Coordinator supervises training logistics, provides direct assistance during sessions, and ensures alignment with institutional goals for online learning and professional development for faculty and staff.

• Plan, schedule, and manage logistics for online learning training sessions on all campuses. (20%)
• Deliver basic training on using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tools. (20%)
• Prepare and provide data or reports to instructional designers and LMS admins. (15%)
• Act as the primary point of contact for online learning training coordination, and as a liaison between departments to align training goals with organizational objectives. (15%)
