Early Childhood Development Facilitator

• Design and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans for early childhood education.
• Facilitate group and individual learning activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Assess children's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with the educational team to develop curriculum materials and resources.
• Conduct parent workshops and informational sessions on early childhood development topics.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and activities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education.
• Participate in community outreach programs and events.
• Manage administrative tasks related to program delivery and reporting, often remotely.

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilitating early childhood programs.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective educational content.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and development theories.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for remote work and communication.
• Experience in
