• Design and develop engaging online courses and learning materials using various instructional design models and technologies.
• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conceptualize course objectives, content, and assessments.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools and multimedia resources to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
• Ensure all developed content adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and pedagogical best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of online courses and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in higher education instructional design.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and assessment strategies.
