About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Online Curriculum Developer to design and build engaging digital learning experiences. This fully remote position involves conceptualizing, structuring, and writing content for various online courses, ensuring pedagogical soundness and alignment with learning objectives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to produce high-quality educational materials accessible globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer who is passionate about leveraging technology to create impactful online education, working from anywhere in the world to support learners.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive online course content, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia elements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging digital learning modules.
- Ensure all curriculum materials adhere to instructional design best practices and accessibility standards.
- Create interactive elements and assessments that promote active learning and knowledge retention.
- Review and revise existing online courses to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online curriculum development or instructional design.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
