Remote Early Childhood Development Specialist

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Early Childhood Development Specialist to join their innovative organization. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the lives of young children. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating early learning programs and resources that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children from birth to five years.

This role requires a deep understanding of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and the ability to translate these into engaging and effective remote learning experiences. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and community stakeholders globally, all through digital platforms.

• Design and develop curriculum frameworks and educational resources for early childhood settings.
• Create engaging and age-appropriate digital learning activities and content for young children.
• Provide guidance and training to early childhood educators and caregivers on implementing effective learning strategies.
• Conduct virtual observations and provide feedback on program delivery and child progress.
• Develop assessment tools to monitor child development and learning outcomes.
• Stay current with research and trends in early childhood development and education technology.
• Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive early intervention plans.
• Develop and manage online community forums for parents and educators to share best practices.
• Prepare reports on program effectiveness and recommendations for improvement.
• Advocate for the rights and developmental needs of young children through various digital channels.

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, program development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and resource development for early learners.
• Strong understanding of child development milestones and theories (e.g., Piaget, Vygotsky).
• Experience with digital learning platforms and creating online educational content.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences virtually.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and collaborative software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and commitment to child well-being.
• Experience in training or facilitating workshops for educators or parents is highly desirable.
