Position Overview About the RoleAl Furqan Academy is recruiting seasoned Tajweed and Hifz specialists to lead intensive memorization tracks. You will work with ambitious students seeking complete Quran memorization and Ijazah certification with connected chains of transmission.

Duties & ScopeKey Responsibilities
- Lead structured daily Hifz circles (Sabaq, Sabaqi, and Manzil revisions).
- Enforce rigorous Tajweed precision and phonetic accuracy across all 114 Surahs.
- Prepare qualified students for official Ijazah evaluations and Sanad examinations.
- Implement personalized memorization techniques tailored to adult and youth learners.
- Maintain detailed attendance, retention metrics, and monthly audio recordings.
- Verified Ijazah with Sanad Muttasil (connected chain of transmission to the Prophet ﷺ).
- Minimum 3 years proven experience mentoring Hifz students to completion.
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire discipline and consistency in students.
