• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate virtual lesson plans and activities tailored for toddlers (ages 1-3).
• Utilize interactive digital tools and platforms to facilitate learning, play, and social interaction.
• Conduct live online sessions, including story times, sing-alongs, and guided play.
• Observe and document children's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating virtual learning environment.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents, offering guidance and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors on curriculum development and program enhancement.
• Prepare and manage virtual classroom materials and resources.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and best practices in remote early childhood education.
• Promote positive social interactions and emotional development among toddlers online.

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with toddlers in an educational or care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methodologies for a virtual platform, preferably with young children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a warm and engaging online presence.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing software and educational apps/platforms.
• Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and learning theories.
