This is a fully remote position focused on providing high-quality online tutoring and support to young learners (ages 4-7) to develop foundational literacy skills. The specialist will create engaging, one-on-one virtual sessions, employing evidence-based strategies to foster phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, reading fluency, and comprehension.

• Experience with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and interactive educational software.
