Instructional Designer - E-Learning Specialist

Our client, a leader in innovative corporate training solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer with a specialization in E-Learning to join their remote team. This role is instrumental in creating engaging, effective, and interactive online learning experiences for a global workforce. You will be responsible for the entire design and development lifecycle of e-learning modules, from needs analysis and curriculum design to content creation, multimedia integration, and evaluation.

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) for online learning modules.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive and accessible e-learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
• Manage e-learning development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong focus on e-learning development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design models.
• Experience with multimedia development (graphics, audio, video editing) is a plus.
