Virtual Early Years Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Virtual Early Years Program Manager to lead and develop their innovative online early childhood education programs. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational execution, and quality assurance of all virtual early years offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, coupled with proven experience in program management, curriculum development, and managing remote teams.

You will collaborate with educators, content creators, and technology specialists to ensure a seamless and highly effective learning experience for young children participating in our online programs. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact, fostering a love for learning in children across diverse locations, all managed from a remote setup.

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for all virtual early years programs.
• Oversee curriculum development and content creation for online learning modules and activities.
• Manage a team of remote early childhood educators and support staff, providing guidance and professional development.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of online learning experiences, adhering to high educational standards.
• Monitor program performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance student engagement and outcomes.

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 4 years in program management or leadership roles.
• Proven experience in developing and managing online or virtual educational programs.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment for young learners in a digital context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Excellent strategic planning, operational management, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools.
