Special Needs Childcare Specialist - Remote

Our client is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Needs Childcare Specialist to join their dedicated remote team. This crucial role focuses on providing specialized support and educational services to children with diverse developmental and learning needs within a virtual environment. • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field with a specialization in developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities).
• Demonstrated expertise in IEP development and implementation.
• Proficiency with various virtual communication and educational platforms, and experience delivering remote support services.
