• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online course development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
• Experience with multimedia development (video editing, graphic design).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
