Online Early Childhood Curriculum Developer

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Online Early Childhood Curriculum Developer to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in designing and refining engaging, age-appropriate educational content and learning pathways for young children delivered through digital platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the educational experience, translating pedagogical principles into innovative online activities, lesson plans, and interactive resources.

• Design, develop, and evaluate comprehensive online curriculum frameworks for early childhood education (ages 0-6).
• Create engaging digital learning materials, including lesson plans, interactive exercises, videos, and assessments.
• Ensure curriculum content aligns with national educational standards and promotes key developmental domains (cognitive, social, emotional, physical).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to produce high-quality learning resources.
• Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in early childhood education and online learning.
• Develop guidelines and best practices for online educators utilizing the curriculum.
• Pilot new curriculum modules and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of curriculum development projects and outcomes.

• Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a significant focus on online or digital learning environments.
• Proven track record of creating successful early childhood educational programs and resources.
• Expertise in child development theories and learning methodologies for young children.
• Proficiency in using various digital content creation tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
