Remote Early Learning Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Early Learning Coordinator to join their innovative educational team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to shaping early childhood learning programs from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing virtual learning modules, providing support to educators who are delivering remote instruction, and ensuring a high-quality educational experience for young children.

This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, digital learning tools, and curriculum development. You will play a key role in pioneering new approaches to remote early education, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all learners. This position is based out of our operations supporting the Western Cape region, including areas like Mossel Bay .

• Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate virtual curriculum for early learners.
• Create and manage online learning resources and platforms.
• Provide training and ongoing support to educators on virtual teaching methodologies and tools.
• Monitor student engagement and progress in the remote learning environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of online programs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and early childhood education.
• Develop assessment strategies suitable for a remote learning context.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's virtual learning experience.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and best practices for online learning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online learning platform.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a significant portion focused on curriculum development or program coordination.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering online or blended learning programs.
• Proficiency in using various educational technologies, learning management systems (LMS), and digital content creation tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles within a digital context.
• Experience in training or supporting educators is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in education.
• A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity is essential.
