Qualifications:

Valid Arizona State Teaching Certification with a special education endorsement.
Experience supporting students in virtual or hybrid learning environments preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers and support staff remotely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Implement and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) for virtual instruction.
Collaborate with general education teachers and support teams to design inclusive lesson plans suited for virtual delivery.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies to meet individual needs.
Communicate regularly with students' families and support staff regarding student development.
Maintain detailed records of student performance and assessment results.
