• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at various levels (high school, college, etc.).
• Exceptional understanding of mathematical principles, theories, and applications.
• Excellent online communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, digital whiteboards, and other online educational technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A patient, encouraging, and results-oriented approach to teaching.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
• A passion for mathematics and a strong desire to help students succeed.
