We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging Online English Teachers to deliver interactive English lessons to young learners from home.

The ideal candidate has an advanced level of English proficiency, enjoys working with children, and can create a warm, engaging, and supportive virtual classroom environment. Previous experience teaching young learners is highly desirable.

Candidates must be based in Türkiye and have a suitable home environment for delivering online lessons.

• Lesson Delivery: Conduct engaging online English lessons for young learners using the company's curriculum and teaching materials.
• Student Engagement: Create a positive and interactive learning environment through games, songs, visual aids, gestures, and other age-appropriate teaching techniques.
• Curriculum Implementation: Follow structured lesson plans and learning objectives while adapting teaching methods to students' needs and learning pace.
• Student Feedback: Provide constructive and encouraging feedback to support students' language development.
• Progress Tracking: Complete brief post-lesson reports and monitor students' learning progress.
• Technical Readiness: Maintain a stable internet connection and ensure that all required equipment and software are available and functioning properly.

• Advanced English proficiency, with clear pronunciation and effective communication skills.
• A genuine interest in teaching and engaging with young learners.
• Previous experience teaching children is an advantage.
• A patient, engaging, and professional teaching style.
• A quiet, well-lit, and suitable home teaching environment with a professional background for online lessons.
• A reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop with a working camera and microphone.
• Availability to work four hours per day, six days per week, during evening hours.
• Willingness to participate in an online interview as part of the recruitment process.

Candidates must provide their own equipment and home teaching setup. No equipment will be provided by the company.
