This role involves teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to the growth of the program through innovative course design and delivery.  
** Duties/Responsibilities
*** Develop and deliver engaging course content in the academic discipline.
* Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to students.
* Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations in accordance with university policies.
* Stay current with trends in in the field or discipline.
* Participate in periodic departmental meetings and provide feedback to improve course offerings and student outcomes  
** Requirements
* *** Minimum Acceptable

Education & Experience:

*** Master’s degree appropriate for the discipline and experience in the field. Experience teaching online at the baccalaureate level for undergraduate courses and the master’s level for graduate courses.  
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
*** Online teaching experience
* Relevant industry/professional experience directly related to the course to be taught.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Terminal degree in appropriate discipline is desired. Alternatively, a Masters degree in the discipline and relevant, recognized industry certification.
