• Design, develop, and curate engaging digital learning content for online courses and platforms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into accessible and effective learning modules.
• Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into content creation.
• Develop a variety of content formats, including text, interactive exercises, quizzes, videos, and simulations.
• Ensure all content aligns with curriculum standards, learning objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Manage content projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Review and revise existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in e-learning and educational content development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content developers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content development processes and tools.

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational content development, with a focus on digital and online learning.
• Proven experience in designing and developing content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating both on-site and remotely.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with multimedia production concepts (video, audio, graphics) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
