• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive remote training modules for air traffic control simulation and pilot training.
• Oversee and manage simulated air traffic environments, ensuring realism and adherence to standard procedures.
• Provide expert guidance and feedback to trainees during simulated scenarios.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for remote training environments.
• Collaborate with technology development teams to improve simulation fidelity and training effectiveness.
• Monitor trainee progress and performance, providing detailed assessments and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of evolving air traffic control technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and training standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the remote pilot training programme.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.

• Valid Air Traffic Controller licence with extensive experience (minimum 10 years).
• Demonstrated experience in training or mentoring junior controllers.
• In‑depth knowledge of air traffic control procedures, regulations and communication protocols.
• Proven ability to manage complex airspace and traffic scenarios.
• Strong understanding of aviation simulation technologies and their application in training.
• Excellent communication, instructional and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with modern communication and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Education or a related field is preferred.
