• Developing online courses that are interactive and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Ensuring that all content aligns with organizational goals and learner needs.
• Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop relevant and accurate learning content.
• Creating structured learning paths that promote knowledge retention and practical application.

• Using analytics tools to measure learner engagement and success rates.

• Experience 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, online learning, or performance optimization.
• Proven success in developing learning programs that deliver measurable improvements in performance.
• Technical Skills Advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of performance analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
• Education A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Certifications in learning technologies or instructional design are a plus.
