South College invites applications for the position of an Adjunct Faculty Member for Biology. The Adjunct Faculty Member will provide instruction for Biology courses on a quarter-by-quarter appointment, and should have a passion for student success and commitment to South College’s mission and values.

A minimum of an acceptable doctoral or master’s degree in the discipline, and satisfactory completion of 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline

• Prior teaching experience at the college level is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and student support practices
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
