Job Description & How to Apply Below

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Lecturer in Art & Design to join our School of Creative Industries at Nantgarw Campus from January 2027, teaching 18 hours per week.

You'll inspire learners to explore their creativity, develop their artistic skills and build the confidence they need to progress. Through engaging, inclusive and industry-relevant teaching, you'll support learners to experiment with ideas, develop their own creative practice and prepare for their next steps into further study, higher education or employment within the creative industries.

You'll join a dedicated and supportive Creative Industries team that works collaboratively to create inspiring learning experiences and make a real difference to our learners. If you're passionate about Art & Design, inclusive education and helping learners achieve their creative potential, we'd love to hear from you!
