Learning & Development Specialist, Training Instructor / Specialist
Zwift is seeking a hands-on Training Specialist to build and maintain the training that powers our Community Support teams across the US. You’ll update the new hire curriculum, revise training for product changes, and develop update modules to keep the program accurate as Zwift evolves.
You’ll own Seismic, our LMS, manage user groups and reporting, and partner with SME trainers and BPO teams to close gaps. Strong instructional design and virtual training experience are essential.
