Remote Senior Nanny & Child Development Consultant

• Collaborate with the client’s support team to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.

• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for common childcare challenges faced by families.
• Facilitate virtual workshops or webinars for groups of parents on specific developmental topics.

• A Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in nannying, early childhood education, or child development consulting, with a significant portion being directly client-facing.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development for early learners.
• Advanced knowledge of child development theories from infancy through early school age.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with families remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.
• Proficiency in video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and digital record-keeping tools.
• A patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
