Remote E-learning Curriculum Developer; Foundation Phase

Our client is a forward-thinking educational technology company seeking a talented Remote E-learning Curriculum Developer specializing in the Foundation Phase. • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, activities, and resources for Foundation Phase learners (ages 4-7).
• Create compelling digital content, including videos, animations, quizzes, and games, that support foundational literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical soundness.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging instructional text and scripts for e-learning courses.
• Adapt existing educational materials for online delivery, ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness.
• Conduct instructional design research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood e-learning.
• Participate in content review sessions and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure all developed content adheres to quality standards, branding guidelines, and learning objectives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for assigned curriculum development tasks efficiently.

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching, with a focus on the Foundation Phase.
• Proven experience in developing e-learning content and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent understanding of child development theories and early learning frameworks.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an aptitude for creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
