Youth Development Facilitator

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging youth development programs and workshops.

• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and parents.
• Assess the needs of young people and tailor program content accordingly.

• A relevant qualification in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or a related field.
• Previous experience in facilitating youth programs or working with young people.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and ability to develop engaging and interactive content.
• Experience with both in-person and virtual facilitation methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Knowledge of resources and support systems for youth in the Gauteng region.
