Code Path is seeking a remote Mentor for its Claude Corps program to guide a portfolio of pods. You will coach fellows through ambiguity, help translate AI-enabled work into tangible organizational outcomes, and collaborate with host organizations and a Curriculum team.
As a full-time W2 employee, you will manage roughly twenty pods across multiple host sites, conduct weekly 1:1s, and participate in milestone reviews with senior leadership.
