Online Tutor

Earlston Academy is building a network of tutors across many subjects to support students with personalized learning and development. This role owns delivering one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions remotely, adapting materials and guidance to individual student goals.

• Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions
• Help students understand challenging concepts and develop stronger skills
• Adapt instruction to each student’s learning style and goals
• Create or use learning materials, exercises, and practice activities
• Provide clear explanations, guidance, and constructive feedback
• Track student progress and communicate areas for improvement

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in the subject you want to tutor
• 6+ years of subject matter experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
• Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and internet connection
• Teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or professional experience is preferred
