Impact Futures Group's Tend Training unit is hiring a Health & Social Care Level 5 Development Coach to deliver and facilitate teaching, training, coaching and mentoring apprentices in the Adult Care sector. Hybrid role with home-based work and occasional learner visits across the South West region.
You will lead a caseload, assess work, support learners with additional needs using Cognassist, and ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, UK values, and wellbeing are promoted.
