PositionSummary
Representing the University of Oregon and the Division of Student Services and Enrollment Management, regional admissions counselors serve as vital liaisons of the university in their respective regions. Regionals play a crucial role in connecting with and attracting prospective students to UO. They primarily work in the state/region they reside in, fostering relationships with local communities and educational institutions to identify and engage with prospective students and their families.
Regionals work to build relationships with local high schools, community colleges, community-based organizations, youth organizations, and other local organizations that have a focus on secondary and post-secondary education.
