Our client is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Childcare Development Specialist to lead and enhance their childcare programs. This role involves strategic planning, curriculum development, and team mentorship within the context of providing exceptional care and education for young children. The position offers a Hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration at our facilities in Welkom, Free State, ZA.

• Experience in curriculum design and assessment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
