Ethos is seeking experienced headteachers to help train a foundational AI model on professional documents and slides. Candidates will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and parent communications.
Fully remote, 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start, compensation at 80 USD per hour. 4+ years K-12 experience required and strong instructional design and documentation skills.
