Learning & Development Specialist; Remote

Piper Companies is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve training programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and operational effectiveness across a multi-site organization. This individual will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences that support onboarding, compliance, professional development, leadership growth, and organizational objectives.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to QCC sites.

Candidates to be considered for the role need to be located in one of the following cities/access to local site:
Atlanta, GA, Louisville, KY, Denver, CO, Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Cranbury, NJ, Dallas, TX OR Orlando, FL.

Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended formats, supporting onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and professional growth initiatives.

Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs, create curriculum and learning pathways, and translate operational knowledge into engaging training materials and resources.

Manage and maintain LMS content, training records, compliance documentation, and certification programs to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and organizational compliance.

Facilitate workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and change management initiatives while supporting the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and programs.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, recommending continuous improvements to learning strategies, technologies, and development programs.

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Talent Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, food /beverage production supply chain, or multi-site operational environments highly preferred.
• Proficient in Learning Management System (LMS), and e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience creating and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

Salary:
Between $$80,000 - $93,000 based on years of relevant experience
