Anderson University invites qualified adjunct faculty to teach online graduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Change. Classes are scheduled as one-hour evening sessions at 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday or Tuesday, with monthly Thursday faculty meetings to support program alignment.
The ideal candidate holds a graduate credential in a related field with at least 18 graduate credits, plus professional experience in leadership or change management. A Ph.D. is preferred.
