Leadr is seeking a fully remote Leadr Academy Coach to develop and deliver manager training programs. You will coach, equip, and empower leaders with practical skills to drive performance and engagement during live sessions, both virtually and onsite when needed.
You will provide individual and group coaching, assess progress, and work with the Leadr Academy team to refine curriculum. Occasional travel (2x per month) is expected to support client work.
