Kyra## Description About Kyra  Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like Shark Ninja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle â creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.
The Paid Media Manager will work closely with our Director of Paid Strategy to continually optimise paid campaign performance across different channels for internal and external stakeholders.
Youâll be responsible for:

• Planning, managing and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels, with a main focus on Tik Tok and Meta    
• Activating campaigns and analysing results to make optimisations and maximise performance    
• Using a âtest and learnâ approach to continually improve campaign performance against KPIs    
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across departments and with clients    
• Presenting findings to clients regularly and reporting on campaign performance    
• Making data-led recommendations to enhance performance    
• Staying up to date with channel updates and suggesting changes to campaigns where needed    What Youâll Need to Thrive    
• Deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape    
• 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles (Tik Tok / Meta / You Tube)    
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis    
• Confidence managing paid media budgets of $500k+    
• High proficiency in Excel    
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills    
• Ownership mindset and high attention to detail on administrative tasks    
• Ability to make and justify decisions that drive client performance
