Interested in joining a growing company where you will work with talented colleagues, enhance a supportive and energetic culture, and be part of the climate solution? At Energy Solutions, we focus on the big impacts. And we believe that market-based programs can be a force to deliver large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings. Since 1995, we’ve harnessed that power to offer proven, performance-based solutions for our utility, government, and institutional customers.
We are looking to fill an Energy Efficiency Associate position as part of our Energy Efficiency Department. This position may be based in any office and it is hybrid with preference given to candidates

This opportunity, paired with Energy Solution's mission driven approach, creates a perfect environment for an individual who wants to exercise their technical and organizational skills while shaping the nation’s energy future.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enabling the implementation of a suite of energy efficiency and electrification programs through launching and monitoring low-code solutions on Energy Solutions’ proprietary software platforms.
- Tackling a variety of implementation responsibilities for a large energy efficiency program operating in California: claim processing, outreach support, and/or engineering support.
- Translating a variety of energy program and equipment details from nontechnical to technical audiences, and vice versa.
- Conducting user acceptance testing on behalf of web application users.
- Providing technical support to peers in nontechnical roles, primarily by working with internal clients to debug, reproduce, document, and fix problems on production web application systems
- A bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus, e.g. environmental science, engineering, information systems management, a similar quantitative field, or a non-technical field with some technical experience. Degree
