- Chance to support critical electrical maintenance in oil and gas operations
- Work schedule includes rotation shifts, providing diverse work experiences
- Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock Out Tag Out - LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance
- Provide guidance to lower-level staff with complex problems
- Assemble, test, and modify experimental and operational electrical machinery and control equipment
- Diagnose causes of malfunctions or failures and perform preventive/corrective maintenance
- Record data and recommend modifications or replacements for failed equipment
- Experience in electrical HV power transmission and distribution
- Knowledge of electrical dispatch operations
- Familiarity with SCADA platforms (e.g., Wonderware, GE HMI) and SeeQ Analytics Software
- Understanding of instrumentation controls and electrical systems relevant to the oil and gas industry
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience with Aspentech – Monarch and ABB Xenon SCADA software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using control systems and monitoring tools related to control room operations
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerBI
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule
