We are seeking a motivated Solar Appointment Setter to join our team in a hybrid role, based in Elk Grove, CA, with opportunities for remote work. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, generating leads, and effectively communicating the benefits of our solar and electrical services. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure high‑quality client interactions.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to meet weekly appointment goals, and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Proven skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience with Lead Generation and building client relationships
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated Customer Service expertise
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some remote tasks
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
