• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and site assessments for new solar energy projects.
• Develop and refine detailed system designs, including panel layout, inverter selection, and energy storage solutions.
• Perform energy yield simulations and financial modeling to predict project performance and ROI.
• Monitor the performance of installed solar systems, identify underperformance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy landscape.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar energy system design and analysis.
• Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) and energy modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology, grid-tied systems, and energy storage solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
