- Oversee the remote operation and maintenance of solar farms, ensuring peak performance and energy output.
- Develop and implement strategies for predictive and preventive maintenance programs.

- Manage relationships with on-site operations teams, providing direction and support.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all managed sites.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations and maintenance of large-scale solar power plants.
- Proven experience with SCADA systems, remote monitoring platforms, and data analytics tools for solar farms.
- Strong understanding of solar PV technology, grid interconnection, and O&M best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote management context.
