Overview

HDR is seeking qualified individuals to provide project, geographic and technical leadership in our growing stormwater management programs. Our stormwater services are aimed at improving resiliency, sustainability, and safety of our communities as climate change and local challenges such as growth, regulatory requirements, and under investment shape infrastructure needs.

HDR’s planners, engineers and utility management experts lead the way to solve our toughest water infrastructure problems.

• Provide project, geographic and technical leadership in HDR’s stormwater programs.
• Serve as engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers on complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects.
• Collaborate with HDR teams to deliver design, planning, hydraulic, hydrology and construction engineering solutions for stormwater systems.
• Engage with opportunities across HDR locations, including relocation or opportunities near desired locations; HDR has over 200 locations in the United States and is exploring expansion into new locations and remote work.

• Design Professionals, Program Leaders and Technical Analysts with expertise in stormwater infrastructure and management projects.
• Experience in design, planning, hydraulic/hydrology, construction, and related disciplines.
• Willingness to relocate or be contacted about opportunities near you.
